Full tracking・Signature required・Insured against loss or damage up to the declared value.

⟡ How We Calculate & Refund Shipping Fees (Fair & Transparent):
International parcel rates depend on the actual weight and volumetric dimensions at the post office counter.
Our website calculates an estimated shipping fee based on total cart weight upon checkout.
Overpaid Shipping Refunded as Store Credits:
If the estimated shipping fee you paid exceeds the actual shipping and packaging costs, the remaining balance
will be 100% credited back to your store member account as Store Credits on the dispatch day.
Store Credits never expire and can be used with no minimum spend on your next order!
Underpaid Shipping:
If the actual shipping cost exceeds the amount paid at checkout (e.g., due to packaging volume
or overweight parcels), we will contact you via email with the cost breakdown and instructions
to settle the remaining balance before dispatching your parcel.
Tracking Your Order:
You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and refund details once your parcel is sent.

Duties & Taxes (DDU):
Order totals do not include destination import duties, VAT, or clearance fees. The customer
takes full responsibility for any customs duties or taxes assessed by local authorities.
Address Requirements:
Except for Hong Kong and Macau, please make sure your recipient name, full address,
city, and postal code are written in English, along with an active phone number for courier delivery.

Processing Time:
In-stock orders will be shipped within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and Taiwan national holidays).
⚠️ Pre-order items follow their own schedules—please check the specific dates in the product descriptions.
(As a one-person studio, packing takes time, but every single parcel is prepared with the utmost care. Thank you for your patience!)
Payment Method (Worldwide):
We accept PayPal payments only (an automated 6% payment processing fee applies at checkout).
⟡ Cancellation & Returns
Order Cancellation:
Due to fluctuating currency rates and non-refundable PayPal transaction fees, any cancellations
or refunds will be issued solely as Store Credits (in NTD) to your website account for your
next purchase. We do not refund directly back to your PayPal balance.
(Please note: The 6% PayPal processing fee is non-refundable as it is collected directly by PayPal).
⚠️ We do not accept cancellation requests after 7 days from order placement. Please take responsibility for your order.
